HOW DO I WIN

As always, we are measuring the Percent Of Overall Change; That is calculated by body fat lost and muscle gained. So no cheating by doing a juice diet and triple days in class. You will definitely lose (muscle) the challenge. 

HOW DO YOU SUPPORT ME?

More than ever before. We will not just identify exactly what you need to change or work on for the following 30 days, we will actively hold you accountable and pivot as needed throughout the month through full live text support. We’re in this one TOGETHER.

  • Identify the 1-3 things you need to focus on to create the biggest change (fat lost, muscle gained)

  • Teach/Coach/Guide you through the specific things you will do for the next 30 days

  • Hold you accountable every few days and help pivot as needed

HOW MUCH WILL IT SET ME BACK?!

Your first baseline scan is on us (as long as you schedule between MAY 9TH - MAY 14TH 2022). You just pay for each scan after that ($35). Just schedule your scans 4 weeks apart and all the nutritional guidance and accountability in between is on us! You can cancel anytime.

BASELINE SCANS are available for FREE the following days and times. We recommend morning scans for the most accurate results - come early before your workout and grab yours. It takes 2 minutes to strip and stand 👍🏼

Monday / Wednesday / Friday 0545 - 1400

Tuesday / Thursday 1500 - 1900

*Baseline scans must be completed between May 16th - May 20th. If you are unable to make a day/time listed above just text Jenny @ 510-241-3636!

For the most accurate results, follow the guidelines below:

  • Do not eat for 3-4 hours before testing

  • Do not exercise for 6-12 hours before testing

  • Do not drink caffeine on the day of your test and be well hydrated

  • Do not shower or sauna immediately prior to test

  • Avoid putting lotion on hands and feet before testing

  • Individuals with pacemakers or other electronic devices should not use the InBody

  • For women, avoid testing if you are pregnant or menstruating
