Don't like groups, don't feel ready for bootcamp or have specific goals you want to work on? We're here for you. Private sessions are all about you. Our flexible weekly scheduling is designed to meet your needs whether you travel or just have a constantly changing life. We get it. Use these sessions however and whenever you want.

7:00 AM - 9:00 PM / MONDAY - FRIDAY



This is our version of a gym membership. Whatever you have now cannot and doesn't compare. Yes, we are that confident. The benefits of our program are overwhelming. You're not going to be doing squats and lunges for 35 minutes and then finish with some crunches and 5 pound pink dumbbell curls. Our programs will have you pushing, pulling, pressing, dragging, lifting, carrying and so much more. With actually fun toys like big tractor tires, ropes, kettle bells, big rubber bands and so much more. With over three years here, we have mastered results oriented workouts that have you leaving feeling like rockstar. Flipping a 200 pound tire is just something you want to tell your friends about while you show them your guns 'round the water cooler.
