I am afraid of Team Training, can I do it?!
Yes! Team Training is more about what you put into it than what fitness level you are. Assuming you are injury-free, we can teach anyone to perform like an athlete, no matter how clumsy and uncoordinated you think you are. We will make sure you know what you're doing. We're here for you! Folks consistently feel "over the hump" after about 1.5 - 2 weeks.  Groups just not your thing? We also offer Private Training!

6 months seems like such a long time to commit
Commitment is a good thing when it comes to your health and well-being. You only get one body, so take care of it! However, we get it. Try our 6 Week Kickstart instead! It’s a mini version of our membership and lets you test-drive the whole experience. Lastly, every membership’s first 30 days have a “get-me-out option”. If for whatever reason you don’t love it within the first 30 days, you can terminate. #freedom

I have Commitment Issues, I Need More Flexibility!
No worries, we have 10 Pack Punch Cards. Come when you want. Buy when you want.

I want to shower in the morning but will I have to wait for a million people? 
No. One, we don't have a million people in class (18 per class remember?) and two, not too many people shower as a lot live close and three, we have multiple showers AND locker rooms. Winning.

What times are the classes and how long are they?
Check out the schedule for all the days and times. We're confident you will find a class at a time that works for you.

How many times a week do I need to come to see the results?
Now this is different for everybody but we say no less than 3, 4-5 is just fantastic. Most people see results within 3-6 weeks. Working out between 3 and 5 times per week paired with an appropriate nutrition plan will yield dramatic results. It's all about consistency. Which is hard on your own… *insert Urban Fitness here*

Are the workouts inside or outside? 
All our workouts originate at the super awesome nearly 4000 sq ft Urban Fitness Studio. We use both indoor and our nearly 2000 sq ft of outdoor space to run safe workouts. Not ready to be inside? No worries, you can do your whole workout outside as well!

I am super intimidated about starting and/or the coaches! 
Stop fretting. Remember, more people are where you're at than not. We do this every day and will make you feel at home right away. Yes, our coaches are super badasses but remember, they are on YOUR side! We are here to help you at each step of the way. Everyone needs a little something different and we provide just that. We've had some interesting requests. Try us. 

Bun in the oven?!
WE LOVE BABIES! We are very comfortable working within your limitations as the months go on. In our experience… we’re talking no less than 20 UFO babies… each doctor has their own list of ‘do’s and don’t’s” - we’re ready!
